Our passports are stamped…

Our clothes are on, we are ready to head to the Village of Hope in Ghana, Africa to meet the children and families and teach them about Jesus.  Our trip will start out as a 3 hour car ride to Dallas, Texas, 8 hour plane flight to London, another 6 hour plane flight to Ghana, and then a 45 min-1 hour car, truck or bus ride to the village on very bad roads.  Of course we probaby won’t see many sights since we will be stuffed in someones suitcase or a box.  I’m sure we will feel lots of bumps.

Here is Jemma sewing up our pants.

I was very touched by your post…so many, many people have given so generously to this project, I have been overwhelmed and near tears several times. Anytime you want to see the stash before it leaves in the next 2 weeks – just come by my office and I will pull it all out for you. Your work (and everyone else’s) is going to make a huge impact in those children’s spiritual lives.
