Sink Hole

My dad found this sink hole on his farm in WI this spring.  It is about 6′ across and 15′ deep.  He is very glad he discovered it before he started planting so he didn’t lose a tractor.  My mom thought it was really cool that you could see the layers of the earth.

It even made the front page of the local paper  It must have been slow news week.

My dad has since filled the hole in.

Jemma’s Big Day

A young couple from OC asked Jemma to be the flower girl in their wedding.  She was thrilled.

I made her dress, but I let her choose the pattern.

She wore her first pair of high heel shoes.  They were only 1 1/2 inches high, but she loved it.  The Bride wanted her to wear black sandals and we had a pair that came from a friend, so I didn’t have to buy any shoes.

I made Jemma’s dress for $15.

This is what the boys looked like at the wedding.  The only things they were excited about was; what was to eat, when the cake was to be served and when were we leaving.
